N. Vikramsimha, ex-convenor and Karnataka right to information activist, said: "The orders that are compiled in the book will give common people an idea by which the police department misuse their power and debar public from knowing about certain information under RTI. There have been cases when the police threatened a common man to withdraw his petition for RTI. This book will enlighten citizens about their rights and the pros and cons of police department.
