Ravi Krishna was booked on charges of duping an applicant by not providing
information through the Right to Information (RTI) Act, here on Tuesday.

The applicant brought the issue to the notice of the officials concerned, but in vain. He then approached a court in Mancherial town, which in turn asked the police to register a case against the employment officer.
