Due to the negligence of the authority officials, preparations are being made to demolish 28 shops in Surajpur. In such a situation, the farmer and his family building the shops here are upset and are accusing the officials that if there was any notification on the land, why was it not told before the construction, while for this apart from the correspondence, the right to information is also available. Was asked for, and given wrong information.
The authority has issued a notice to demolish the shops. In such a situation, the farmer has tagged the Chief Minister and the CEO by tweeting that the officers are forcing them to commit suicide. Actually, Laxman Singh, a resident of Malakpur, has 4258 square meters of land in account number 390 in Surajpur. On this, the farmer claims that after the formation, the authority had automatically talked about leaving the said land from acquisition. However, after the factory on this land became dilapidated, the farmer corresponded with the authority for information about its construction and asked whether the said land was not in any notified area or whether there was any project on it. But letters were given 9 times and not even once was the answer given.
After this, the farmer sought information under the Right to Information Act. In this the authority officials replied on the concerned account number that neither there is any project here nor notification has been issued in that area. After this, the farmer built 28 shops on the land and rented them out. But when the authority officials have now sealed the same shops claiming to be in the notified area and have issued demolition notices. However, the sealing letter has not yet been given after sealing the shop. The farmer and his family have been roaming around troubled for the last several days.
