Jammu and
Kashmir Services Selection Board (SSB) has stated that the recruiting agency
has no rule, policy or procedure regarding time limit for completion of
recruitment process for different posts.
In reply to
an application under Right to Information Act by RTI activist Raman Sharma, the
SSB has stated that “no policy, rule is available in the Board regarding time
limit to complete process of selection for different posts.”
About the
maximum time limit for recruitment procedure to be culminated by SSB, the Board
has informed that “The Board is making the selections of various categories of
posts within suitable time period, if the selection is not sub-judice”,
steering clear of mentioning specific time limit.
