Hailing Army
move of sensitizing the Tosamaidan area, J&K RTI Movement (JKRTIM) and
Tosamaidan Bachav Front (TBF) Friday said the initiative will save precious
lives by detecting and defusing unexploded explosives and artillery shells.
“It is a
welcome step and we appreciate it. At the same time we demand the government to
constitute Tosamaidan Development authority to supervise promotion of
Tosamaidan as a Tourism destination,” TBF chief patron Dr Shiekh Ghulam Rasool
said in a statement.
