To sensitize and equip PIOs/APIO/officers of the Cooperation Department about implementation of ‘Right to Information Act’, a sensitization-cum-interactive session with the Nagaland Information Commission (NIC) was held on September 2 at RCS office conference hall, Kohima.
The program was chaired by B.P. Chetri, commissioner and secretary to the government of Nagaland, Cooperation Department and Zakahe Neikha deputy RCS/APIO of the department presented a power-point presentation about the role and function of the department.
Further, Lalhuma, chief information commissioner highlighted the various facets of the RTI Act through power-point presentation.
