tahsildar at Regional Commissioner Office, for his failure to provide
information sought by RTI activist Sangamnath B Hiregouda on time.
State
Information Commissioner P.G. Vijayakumar, in his order passed on December 6,
2016, a copy of which was released on Monday, rejected the plea of the official

Sharanabasaveshwar lake and the revenue generated by selling entry tickets at
the garden here, in August 2014.
Mr. Hirolli
failed to provide the information even after two years and five months.
