Chinese invitation to CM not in records

Free Press Journal‎‎‎‎: Bhopal: Tuesday, August 30, 2016.
The CM Secretariat does not have invitation of China on which chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan visited China with a delegation recently. The secretariat also has no information about the CM’s foreign visits. The RTI activist alleged that the government of Madhya Pradesh is not providing information under the RTI Act.  RTI activist Ajay Dubey alleged that in September 2012 the Government of India declared guidelines in which the government officials and the ministers who are going foreign should be mentioned in the government website, but the instructions are not being followed in the state.
Till date the information about CM Chouhan, other ministers and government officials have not been displayed on the website.
Dubey alleged that minister for parliamentary affairs Narottam Mishra declared publicly that the CM visited China on an invitation from the Chinese government. On June 2016, the CM went to China  along with a delegation of officials of various departments. When the copy of the said Chinese government invitation was demanded, the CM secretariat said the information about the CM’s foreign visits are not compiled.
