Arunachal
Pradesh Information Commission (APIC), under Section 20(1) of the RTI Act, 2005
has imposed penalty of Rs. 25, 000 on Kurung Kumey (Koloriang) DFO Gyamar Mima
for not furnishing information as sought by an information seeker. He has been
directed to deposit the penalty amount within May 16, 2016, according to an
APIC release.
The
