No confrontation with govt, says Senkumar.

T P Senkumar said that he is not for any confrontation with the government over reinstating him as the state police chief. He told reporters that his plea in the delay in appointing him will be considered by the Supreme Court on Friday and will wait till that.
Senkumar rejected the allegation that the documents brought to the assembly by the opposition was given by him. Anyone can get it as per the RTI Act and they may have obtained it though that. I also got it under the RTI Act, he said.
Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan had the other day informed the assembly that the government has started taking steps to reinstate him as the police chief.
T P Senkumar had filed a contempt of court plea in the apex court against the chief secretary over the delay in his appointment. Meantime, it is hinted that the government may also file a plea seeking clarification in the verdict.
